Fixing my door... not an easy task

I had to fix the lock for the front door of my studio. I thought it would be an easy job. Just change a couple of small pieces, but it turn out to be a 4 hr job and much more involved.... here are a couple of moments from the experience:


Now I have a door that closes when I want it to close though ;) !!
